How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Membership Plan
You can easily upgrade or downgrade your membership plan by following these simple steps:
- Login to your account here: lendercrate.com/account
- Click Subscriptions
- Click Change Plan
- A list of available upgrade / downgrades options will appear
- Select your choice
- Re-complete payment info
- Receive Confirmation email your subscription has been updated
If you are downgrading, you will still need to re-verify payment info; however if a proration is available due to the downgrade a prorated credit will automatically be applied to your next renewal period.
If you switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, we won't issue a refund for the remaining time on your yearly subscription. Instead, we'll credit that amount towards your future monthly payments.
