How do I cancel?

Canceling your account is easy. You can self-manage your account at any time from this link: lendercrate.com/account.

Once logged into your account:

  1. Click Subscriptions
  2. Click Cancel
  3. Complete the Feedback Form (optional)
  4. Confirm Cancellation

If requesting manual cancellation - our customer service team will process them by the following business day (not on weekends or holidays). Therefore, we recommend you use the self service account management portal to cancel.
